WILD RICE PORK CHOP BAKE | |
3/4 c. wild rice 1 can onion soup undiluted 1/4 c. dry white wine 4 pork chops cut 1" thick Wash and drain cooked rice. Pour in 2 quart casserole. Over the rice add soup and wine. Arrange chops on rice and sprinkle with salt. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
