BAKED PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
4 center cut pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. uncooked white rice (not Minute rice)

Place pork chops in a lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over pork chops. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
