PORK CHOP - RICE CASSEROLE 
6-8 pork chops
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup
2 c. water

Brown chops in ungreased casserole dish. Sprinkle rice over bottom; spread dry soup mix over rice. Place chops on top. Pour mushroom soup (undiluted) over entire casserole. Pour water over all.

Bake uncovered (13x9 dish is good size) at 375 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour. If it gets too brown, cover last few minutes.
