APPLE SCALLOP 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. finely chopped nut meats
4 c. sliced apples
Cinnamon & nutmeg
Cream

Mix flour and sugar; cut in butter with pastry blender. Add nuts. Place apples in greased baking dish; sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Cover with flour mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve with cream. Makes 6 servings.
