SWEET AND SOUR MEATLOAF | |
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. vinegar 1 tsp. mustard 2 lbs. lean beef 1/2 lb. ground pork 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 c. minced onions 1/2 c. bread crumbs, dry 1 tbsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar, and mustard in a bowl. Mix well, set aside. Combine remaining ingredients with 1 cup sauce mixture in a bowl. Mix well. Place in lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Pour remaining sauce evenly over loaf. Bake 1 hour or until done. |
