1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard

1 egg, slightly beaten with fork
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. crushed crackers
2 lbs. hamburger
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. tomato sauce mix

Shape meat into loaf. Place in shallow baking dish. Pour rest of tomato sauce mixture on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8.
