2 lbs. beef, ground
1 med. onion, minced
20 to 24 saltine crackers, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper
3 egg whites
3/4 c. tomato sauce

Mix together.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. tomato sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Pour over meatloaf and put 2/3 cup water around edge of loaf. Bake at 350 degrees 1 1/2 hours.
