1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salad mustard

Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Add onion and 1/2 of the tomato sauce. Form into a loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

While this is baking, in a saucepan combine the remaining tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar and mustard. Bring to a boil. Pour over meat loaf and bake 10 minutes more.
