1 1/2 lbs. hamburg
1 egg
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 (15 oz.) can Hunt's tomato sauce

Mix well; form into loaf at bottom of 13 x 9 pan.

SAUCE:

1/2 can tomato sauce
3 tsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. mustard (yellow hot dog mustard)
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. water

Combine ingredients. Pour sauce over meat loaf and baste while cooking (add water if necessary). Cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Place sauce on meat after or can pour over mashed potatoes.
