BUFFET CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. sliced onions
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. cooked sliced potatoes
1 can kernel corn
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. milk

Brown the meat in a little fat, then push it one side of the pan and lightly brown the onion. Add salt and pepper. In a greased 2 quart casserole. Arrange layers of meat, potatoes and corn. Pour tomato soup diluted with milk over all. Lifting up the layers to moisten all ingredients thoroughly. Bake in moderate oven for 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
