HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 sm. onion (chopped)
2 (15 oz.) cans creamed corn
2 1/2 c. mashed potatoes

1. Brown hamburger and onion in a skillet. Drain. Put in bottom of casserole dish.

2. Spread creamed corn evenly over hamburger mix.

3. Spread mashed potatoes over corn. Bake at 400 degrees until browned.
