1 lb. hamburger 1 lg. can tomato sauce 2 c. diced potatoes 1 can whole kernel corn, drained 1 c. cheddar cheese 1 med. onion, diced Salt and pepper to taste Optional: taco seasoning, chopped olives, green pepper, chopped Barely brown hamburger, mix with remaining ingredients into casserole dish, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Precook for 10 minutes. | |

The problem was it took 2 hours for the potatoes to cook.
Recipes states diced potatoes then would need to be diced into 1/4 pieces for it cook in 1 hour.
