POTATO - SAUSAGE SUPPER 
1 lb. Hillshire sausage with cheese
2 tbsp. bacon grease
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped
5 lg. potatoes, partially cooked, cubed

Brown sausage, slightly in bacon grease, remove. Add onions, bell pepper and cook until transparent. Add potatoes and sausage; toss gently. Cook until potatoes until just done! Serve green salad and hard rolls.
