SAUSAGE SKILLET AND SUPPER | |
1 lb. precooked sausage 3/4 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice 1 can cream of celery soup 3/4 c. water 1 tbsp. butter 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas 1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms 1 c. grated Swiss cheese Cut one pound of sausage into chunks. Combine rice, cream of celery soup, water and butter in large skillet over medium heat. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in frozen peas and sliced and drained mushrooms. Cover. Simmer 10 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top of mixture. Cover. Simmer 10 more minutes or until rice is cooked. |
