SKILLET SAUSAGE SUPPER 
1 lb. fresh ground pork, brown in a little oil
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut in bite size
2 tbsp. flour
3 c. rice
3 c. water
2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped
2 to 3 green onions, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped

Brown ground pork in a little oil. Add smoked sausage, brown. Remove meat. Add 2 tablespoons flour in meat drippings. Stir until brown. Add meat to this. Add rice, water, celery, onions and green pepper. Add hot sauce to your taste. Let cook slow for 45 to 60 minutes. You can add more water if you don't like it thick.
