YAM MALLOW CRISP 
20 oz. can pineapple slices
2 (17 oz.) cans yams, drained
1/4 c. flour
3 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 c. marshmallows

Drain pineapple. Save 1/4 cup syrup. Line side of dish with pineapples; arrange yams in center. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir nuts in. Sprinkle over yams. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Stick in broiler until brown.
