CRISP TUNA FRUIT SALAD 
1 can water chestnuts
2 cans tuna or chicken
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 (14 oz.) can pineapple pieces
1 lg. can Chinese noodles
2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped sweet pickle

Mix together:

1 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. curry powder
Salt & pepper

Add dressing to all ingredients except noodles. Let sit several hours. Before serving mix noodles in and serve on lettuce.
