HOME ON THE RANGE TUNA SALAD 
1/2 c. drained, flaked, water-packed tuna
1 c. lowfat cottage cheese
2 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 c. (4 tbsp.) diet mayonnaise

In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill. Use as salad or sandwich filling. May be stored in refrigerator up to 1 week. 4 servings.
