MACARONI-TUNA SALAD 
1 can (6 1/2 oz.) chunk tuna
1 c. elbow macaroni or shell noodles
Onion
2 hard boiled eggs (cut up)
1 c. cooked peas
Green pepper (optional)
Celery (optional)
Mayonnaise (about 1 c.)

Thin out mayonnaise with milk. Add dash sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Combine with macaroni and other ingredients. Add more milk if too dry.

Dry onion and celery seeds can be substituted for the onions and celery. Good served with hard rolls or bread sticks.

For a party, put on large platter or tray lined with lettuce and decorate the edge with ripe olives or cut up vegetables.
