MACARONI TUNA SALAD 
1 3/4 c. sm. pasta (elbow, ditalini)
1 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) can white tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 c. minced onion
1/3 c. sweet pickle relish
1/4 c. diced pimentos
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

Cook pasta. Drain. Rinse with cold water to cook quickly. Drain well. Combine cooked pasta with remaining ingredients and toss lightly. Chill. About 6 servings.

Pretty good classic cold salad, always welcome at potlucks. I increased the pasta slightly, added finely diced celery for more crunch, omitted the salt and added a couple hearty shakes of smoky paprika to compliment the mustard.
