QUICK FRUIT CRISP 
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple slices
1 (8 oz.) can sliced peaches
1 (8 oz.) can apricot halves
1 (8 oz.) can pear halves
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. quick oats, uncooked
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 8-inch square baking dish. Drain all fruit and chop. Combine in baking dish with lemon juice.

In medium bowl mix oats, butter, sugar, flour and cinnamon until crumbly; sprinkle over fruit. Top with walnuts. Bake for 40 minutes.
