TANGY FRUIT AND NUT MUESLI 
1 3/4 c. water
1 1/3 c. Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned), uncooked
3 c. peeled, seeded, and chopped orange or tangerines
1/2 c. chopped dates or raisins
1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover; refrigerate overnight. Serve cold or hot with milk or yogurt, if desired. For thicker muesli, drain excess liquid before serving or heating in microwave. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week. 6 servings.

Note: To heat one serving, place 1/2 cup muesli in microwaveable bowl. Microwave at high about 1 1/2 minutes; stir.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
