2 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour, baking powder, and salt and add to the sugar and butter that has been thoroughly creamed. Add well beaten eggs and vanilla and mix well to form soft dough. Roll 1/8 inch thick and cut. Bake in hot oven on greased cookie sheets.
