BARBECUED MEATLOAF 
1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. beef broth or water
1 c. seasoned bread stuffing
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. dehydrated green pepper flakes
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef

In large mixing bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and garlic salt. Remove 1/2 cup and set aside. To sauce in bowl add broth or water, stuffing, onion, green pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and egg. Let stand 5 minutes. Add beef and mix well. Pack mixture in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Spread with reserved sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until done. Let stand 10 minutes and cut in wedges to serve.
