NOODLES & CABBAGE SALAD 
2 to 4 c. finely shredded cabbage
1/4 c. green onion
7 oz. chunk chicken, drained
3 tbsp. sesame seeds
3 tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted
Green pepper rings
Water chestnuts, drained
1 pkg. Oriental chicken noodles
1/4 c. oil
3 tbsp. rice or wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar

Combine cabbage, green onion, chicken, sesame seeds, sliced almonds, pepper rings and water chestnuts. Make dressing by combining oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and seasoning packet from noodles. Stir well and pour over remaining ingredients. Break up dry noodles and add to vegetables. Toss well. Cover and chill several hours.
