CABBAGE NOODLE SALAD 
1 whole chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (optional)
1 head cabbage, thinly sliced
1/2 c. toasted sesame seeds
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
1/4 c. chopped green onions
2 (4 oz.) pkg. ramen noodles (chicken) uncooked and crumbled

Mix together in large bowl. Add dressing: 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper. Contents of seasoning packets from noodles, 3 teaspoons vinegar, oil.

Combine ingredients and add enough oil to make 2/3 cup. Pour over salad. Serve immediately or refrigerate overnight.
