ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND RICE 
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 jar Ragu cooking sauce
1 sm. box rice
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Brown sausage; drain. Fix rice according to box directions. Butter 1 quart casserole dish. Pour Ragu into sausage and simmer 5 minutes. Put thin layer of sausage in bottom of dish, next 1/2 of rice, 1/2 sauce, 4 ounces of cheese. Repeat rice, sauce and cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
