BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE 
3/4 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. half and half or light cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix brown sugar, corn syrup and butter in saucepan, bring to a boil over low flame, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in half and half or light cream and vanilla.
