PEA PICKING CAKE 
1 box butter cake mix (yellow)
4 eggs
1 sm. can mandarin oranges with juice
3/4 c. oil

Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

ICING:

1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 lg. (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 box instant vanilla pudding

Make pudding as directed on box. Mix pudding with pineapple and juice. Set in refrigerator while cake is baking. Add Cool Whip and then put on cake after it cools. Keep cake in refrigerator.
