1 box yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges
4 eggs
1/2 c. Wesson oil

Mix all ingredients for cake. Pour into 3 layer pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.

ICING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 c. Cool Whip (lg.)

Combine all ingredients and spread on cake and refrigerate.
