1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 stick butter
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, with juice

ICING:

1 lg. pkg. Cool Whip
1 sm. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix all ingredients for cake together and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 3 layers.

Mix all ingredients for icing together and ice layers. This cake needs to be refrigerated.
