PEA PICKING GOOD CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges in juice
1/2 c. Wesson oil

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour in three 9 inch pans greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. (6 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple

Combine pudding and pineapple. Add Cool Whip and frost cake. Keep in refrigerator.
