1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice

Mix all together (beaters will cut orange sections). Bake in 4 layers at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

FILLING:

1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
13 or 13 1/2 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 lg. can crushed pineapple and juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix well pudding, Cool Whip, and pineapple and nuts. Spread between layers and on top. Keep in refrigerator.
