PEA PICKING CAKE 
1 box butter cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections

"Dump" all above in bowl all together and beat well. Bake in three layers for 22 minutes at 350 degrees. While cake is cooling take 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple; 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix and beat until stiff. Then fold in a large container of Cool Whip. Layer cake with filling in between.
