1 box yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix well - 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 can mandarin oranges, 4 eggs and 1/2 cup oil. Bake in layer pans at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Be sure to grease and four your pans. Combine pineapple with juice and pudding mix well. Add Cool Whip. Spread between cooled layers and refrigerate.
