BUTTER PECAN COOKIES 
1 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. pecans
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients. Add cream to mixture and mix well. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees about 10 minutes. Don't overbake.
