TWO WAY MINESTRONE SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
2 (14 1/2 oz. ea.) cans of chicken broth
1 (15 oz.) can red beans; rinsed and drained
1 med. onion chopped
2 med. chopped potatoes
2 med. carrots, chopped
1/2 c. frozen peas
1/2 c. dry macaroni
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (14 oz.) can of Italian tomatoes

Brown ground beef and onion. Add broth, red beans, potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, and peas. Simmer until vegetables are done. Add peas, macaroni, and seasoning. Simmer until macaroni is done. Salt if needed to taste.
