LEMON DELIGHT JELLO SALAD | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello 1 c. hot water 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve syrup) 1 (8 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained (reserve syrup) 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1 c. whipping cream, whipped Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add enough cold water to reserved syrups to measure 1 cup; add to Jello mixture. Add a small amount of Jello mixture to cream cheese and blend until smooth. Add cheese mixture, drained fruits and marshmallows to Jello. Cool until slightly thickened. Fold in whipped cream; pour into 2 quart mold and chill for 12 hours or more. |
