CRANBERRY-ORANGE RELISH SALAD 
Grind together:

1/2 lb. cranberries
1 orange, quartered and seeds removed
1 c. sugar

Use as is or as base for the following recipe:

Dissolve in 2 cups boiling water:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry or raspberry Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello

Chill until partially set. Blend in 1 cup (8 ounce) sour cream with rotary beater. Fold in Cranberry-Orange Relish and 1 (14 ounce) can crushed pineapple undrained. Pour in 9 x 13 inch pan or 6 cup mold. Chill overnight. If doubling recipe, use only 1 1/2 cups sugar.
