POLISH MISTAKES 
1 lb. sausage (regular or hot)
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 loaves party rye bread
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Brown meat in separate skillets; drain well and return to warm skillet. Mix with cheese (cubed). Add spices and mix well. Spread on bread. Freeze on cookie sheet for 2 hours or more. Package in plastic bags. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve immediately. Optional: Before freezing may to with sliced mushrooms, black olives or green olives.
