NO-FUSS BAKED CHICKEN 
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 boneless chicken breasts
2/3 c. Italian bread crumbs

Mix mayonnaise, cheese and mustard in a small bowl. Reserve 1/3 cup of mixture and refrigerate. Brush both sides of chicken with mayonnaise mixture. Dip into crumbs and coat well. Arrange chicken in lightly greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until fork tender. Use reserved mayonnaise mixture for dipping. 4 servings.
