CUCUMBER SOUP 
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. yogurt
Seasonings: Celery salt, cayenne pepper, curry powder
1/2 c. milk

Put ingredients in blender. Add seasonings to taste. Serve chilled. It helps to put bowls in freezer 1 hour before serving. Put pinch of chopped parsley on soup just before serving. Serves 4-6.
