1/3 c. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. chocolate chips, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
24 oz. softened cream cheese
4 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine butter, graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup sugar in bowl; mix well. Press over bottom of 10 inch springform pan. Beat cream cheese with condensed milk in bowl. Blend in chocolate. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into springform pan. Bake 65 minutes. Cool. Chill until serving time. Place on serving plate and remove side of pan.
