CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
2 lb. cream cheese
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 c. chocolate chips
Graham cracker crumbs

Rub large springform cake pan with butter. Shake graham cracker crumbs around pan and shake out excess, not stuck to pan. Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla and cream together until well blended and smooth. Add chocolate chips. Pour into springform pan.

Place pan in larger pan (like broiler pan) filled with 1/2 inch boiling water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove pan from water and let cool in oven for 1 hour. Chill. Serves 20 or more. Very rich.
