Mix together 1 1/2 cups finely chopped dark chocolate digestive biscuits with 1/3 cup melted butter. Press into an 8 to 10 inch springform or other pie pan.

FILLING:

3 eggs
1/2 c. fine sugar
2 c. lowfat smooth cottage cheese
8 oz. dark chocolate, melted
1 c. sour cream

Beat together eggs, sugar and cottage cheese. Add melted chocolate and sour cream and beat until smooth. Pour into crumb lined pan and bake at 325 degrees until set (about 1 hour). Chill until serving. Remove from pan if it is a springform and decorate with chocolate shavings.
