2 lb. lean ground beef or ground turkey
2 beaten eggs, beaten
1 cup water
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
1/2 cup ketchup, divided (or Kraft Original barbecue sauce)

Mix 1 cup of water, ground meat, stuffing mix, eggs, and 1/4 cup of the ketchup.

Shape meat mixture into 1 or 2 oval loaves in center of 13x9-inch metal baking pan; top with remaining 1/4 cup of ketchup.

Bake at 400°F for 1 hour for 1 large loaf or 30 to 35 minutes for 2 smaller loaves or until cooked through.
