8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 1/4 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Dash salt
1 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs

Soften cream cheese and blend with sugar, vanilla and egg. Put in bottom of unbaked pie shell. Mix all of remaining ingredients together well and pour on top of cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 65 minutes or so.
