PARADISE PUMPKIN PIE 
You will love it, even if you don't like pumpkin pie.

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 slightly beaten egg
1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell
1 1/4 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. evaporated milk
2 beaten eggs
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 c. pecans

In a small mixer bowl, beat together the cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, vanilla and the one egg until smooth. Chill for 30 minutes. Turn into pie shell.

Combine pumpkin, milk, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg. Carefully pour over cream cheese mixture.

Cover edge of pie shell with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 25 minutes more.
