CHICKEN AND RICE DISH 
1 1/3 c. uncooked instant rice
1/2 env. dry onion soup
1 (4 oz.) can of mushroom pieces
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted (regular or golden)
1 1/2 c. boiling water

Combine all the above ingredients together in 9 x 13 baking dish. Place on top 6 chicken breasts or 6 less or thigh combination. Melt 1/4 cup of butter and pour over chicken.

Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/4 pounds. Serves 6 people.
