WEIGHT WATCHERS CHICKEN RICE DISH | |
Mix together and let set overnight in sprayed cake pan. 1 box (6 oz.) UNCLE BEN'S® Wild Rice, prepared according to pkg. directions 36 oz. cooked cubed chicken 1 diced green pepper 1 med. chopped onion 1 c. diced celery 6 oz. sliced water chestnuts 2 cans Weight Watchers cream of mushroom soup 3/4 c. Weight Watchers mayonnaise Crumble 3 ounces potato chips on top just before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 12. 3 protein, 1 bread, 1 fat, 25 optional calories. |
